Jeff is a Project Engineering Geologist and Hydrogeologist with over 14 years of geologic experience in the Northwest. Jeff has completed dozens of projects in the Puget Sound area, including planning and completing numerous subsurface exploration programs involving logging of soil, bedrock and groundwater conditions. He is experienced in site specific and regional geologic mapping, installation and monitoring of instrumentation (including inclinometers and piezometers), coal mine hazard analysis, slope stability analysis in soil and bedrock, groundwater seepage modeling and analysis and the preparation of geotechnical reports.

 

Jeff is experienced at providing construction observation services, including leading teams of ICE’s geologists providing inspection services during earthwork activities at various agency projects.
